India: Cashew falls on subdued demand
Cashew prices declined by Rs 5 per kg in the national capital today owing to a fall in demand from retailers and stockists.
Adequate stocks position on increased arrivals from producing belts also weighed heavy on the cashew prices.
Cashew kernel (No 180, 210, 240 and 320) prices fell by Rs 5 each to settle at Rs 630-640, Rs 590-595, Rs 530-535 and Rs 445-465 per kg respectively.
